Jost Founders' Red
Each varietal was individually cool fermented in stainless steel and blended only after the intended alcohol and sweetness was reached. On the nose, this wine has a complex nose of blackberry, red cherry, plum and violets integrated with a hint of dried fruit. It is well balanced, brilliantly deep in colour and intensity. This blend of these popular Nova Scotian-grown grapes tantalizes the palate with red berry flavours and a pleasant length.

Jost L'Acadie Pinot Grigio
An adventurous blend of Nova Scotia L’Acadie Blanc with a touch of Pinot Grigio. A refreshingly dry, floral wine. Fresh and alluring, opens with shaved almond, green apple, ripe pear and grapefruit which melt into rounder/fuller aromas of honeydew melon, green mango, lemon/lime zest, a trickle of passion fruit all wrapped around a core of honey and brioche .Bright and crisp, a lively acidity coupling with a hint of sweetness. White peach, honeysuckle, McIntosh apple, anjou pear, a hint of lemongrass, gooseberry, lemon, lime a touch of guava and ripe gooseberries.

Jost Rosé
Refreshing, light and bursting with red berry and tropical aromas, this Nova Scotia Rosé is sure to pair well with any occasion. Fresh and fruity with notes of cherry, lime and pineapple. Balanced with a refreshing and smooth finish.
